First Congregational Church of Tacoma

First Congregational Church is neighbor to Wright Park and Stadium High School in Tacoma, Washington. We are the oldest church in the city, having been founded in 1874 (Over 130 years ago!), but haven't restricted our thinking to those times. We stay progressive and are constantly questioning what it means to be Christian. In our path to salvation, we use Jesus' teachings along with other faiths and sciences for insight and guidance.

If your past church experiences have felt lacking or have been bad ones, you'll find a good home here! You will find fellowship along with help and support as you find your own spiritual path to enlightenment.

The Fellowship you find will become as important as the freedom you've come to love. We will nuture your friendships and create a network of caring relationships as a Family of Families.
